Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before making a request.

Eligibility Window: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Condition of Products: Items must be returned in original packaging and must not be:

Removed from original packaging

Washed, brushed, finger-combed, or installed

Chemically processed, bleached, or colored

Tampered with in any way

Lace Products: Once the lace on closures, frontals, or wigs has been cut, the product will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

Inspection Process: Please email us with photos of the product upon receipt for verification. Once confirmed, we will provide return instructions.

Store Credit Only: All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery to our warehouse for store credit to be issued.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item, you must first return your original order for store credit, then place a new order.
