Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before making a request.

  • Eligibility Window: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Condition of Products: Items must be returned in original packaging and must not be:

    • Removed from original packaging

    • Washed, brushed, finger-combed, or installed

    • Chemically processed, bleached, or colored

    • Tampered with in any way

  • Lace Products: Once the lace on closures, frontals, or wigs has been cut, the product will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Inspection Process: Please email us with photos of the product upon receipt for verification. Once confirmed, we will provide return instructions.

  • Store Credit Only: All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery to our warehouse for store credit to be issued.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item, you must first return your original order for store credit, then place a new order.

  • Responsibility Disclaimer: We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect bleaching, coloring, or over-processing performed by you or your stylist.
